A leading corporate bank is hiring a Senior Manager for their regulatory reporting team.

Job Description: They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Reporting Senior Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to local authorities, including the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and procedures for regulatory reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update reporting processes accordingly.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff on regulatory reporting matters.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of regulatory reporting processes to identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and MS Office applications.
