Our client is a renowned organization that has a strong domain in the financial services domain. To strengthen their team capability, they are now seeking for a Director of Transformation Infrastructure Management.
About the Role
Reporting to the department head and overseeing a team, you will produce high-quality outcomes in business design and transformation. Your responsibilities will include managing workstreams, performing in-depth analyses, and implementing innovative solutions for the infrastructure ecosystem. You will design and implement new or enhanced operating models across various functions or throughout the enterprise, particularly focusing on Network Operations Systems. You will lead process re-engineering initiatives that yield financial and compliance advantages. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop creative solutions to help achieve company objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional business management, you will oversee multi-year transformation initiatives in the infrastructure and data center operations, as well as process management. You will drive a culture of transformation within the company and explore new business opportunities related to cloud technologies and modern work approaches. Additionally, you will advocate for the use of data and cloud to enhance decision-making capabilities and work with business units to advance profitability strategies and road maps.
The successful candidate
- University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines and/or professional banking qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experiences in leader position; possess solid experience in digital transformation project management, infrastructure management and cloud strategy
- Having experience with infrastructure or data center operations will be a plus
- Versed with the best practices of governance; capable of providing professional advice to ensure regulations and governance within a financial services industry
- Possess excellent leadership and ability to manage different professional stakeholders, and build up rapport with stakeholders and customers
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
