Responsibilities:
  • Lead the timely preparation of the annual budget with a focus on IT, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines.
  • Provide expert guidance to Finance and IT teams in financial planning, budgeting, and detailed analysis.
  • Conduct evaluations of IT investments, offering recommendations to key stakeholders for strategic decision-making.

  • Spearhead continuous process improvement efforts, mentor team members, and engage with Finance stakeholders on various initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree in accounting or a related field, accompanied by recognized professional qualifications.
  • No less than 12 years of experience in finance/ FP&A/ Business Partnering, with a preference for exposure in IT or Telecommunications.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in financial management within major projects and operations.
  • Experience in medium to large organizations, particularly in the IT sector with system development expertise.
  • Independent thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and effective communication abilities in English and Chinese for seamless collaboration across all organizational levels.
