Job duties:
  • Manage daily client cash deposits, withdrawals, and other fund transfers and payments.
  • Collaborate with ECM/IBD on managing IPO/private placement operations.
  • Process physical certificate deposits, withdrawals, and share transfers.
  • Execute daily settlement processing for securities, fixed incomes, listed and OTC derivatives, and other structured products, ensuring follow-up on any failures.
  • Conduct daily and monthly reconciliation of trades and positions.
  • Engage in projects involving tasks like writing test cases, conducting UAT, and assisting in system migrations.
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in fund transfers and settlement within the securities brokerage industry.
  • Demonstrated hands-on familiarity with HKEX-related platforms, Clearstream, and Euroclear.
  • Proficient understanding of securities, fixed incomes, listed and OTC derivatives, and structured products settlement processes.
  • Capable of working autonomously and being open to overtime or work during public holidays.
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
