Job duties:
  • Extensive experience in supporting Windows client workstations, including Windows 7 and 10.
  • Proficient in managing mobile solutions, such as Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
  • Experienced in managing corporate client machines using central management systems like SCCM and EPO.
  • Familiarity with Avaya PABX systems and MS Teams Rooms is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/High Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years in-depth experience in End User Services and solutions Banking or Financial Services experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in Inventory and Asset Management
  • Experience in Secure File Transfer System
  • Certification in MCSE, CCNA will be advanced
  • Holder of MCSE/MCSA/MCITP or relevant certifications is preferred
  • Holder of ITIL Certification will be an advantage
