Our client (a Chinese financial institution) in search of an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to lead and manage the company's compensation and benefits strategies and executions.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee and manage various rewards projects, including the design of salary structures, bonus programs, incentive schemes, and other reward initiatives.
- Perform regular market research and analysis to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of the company's compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation and benefits programs across all regions.
- Provide expert advice on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends, address issues, and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry trends related to compensation and benefits in the operational countries.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on rewards projects in a multinational setting.
- Proven success in designing and implementing compensation strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- With current or past related experience from Financial Institution or Large Corporate (definitely an advantageous)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.
