Service Line Overview Human Resources plays the important role of attracting, engaging and retaining talents to ensure that KPMG continues to be a Top employer in China and provides a platform that empowers our people to thrive. Key Responsibilities - Assist in insurance benefit renewal process and provide support in updating information on intranet.
- Update and maintain HR policies in line with best practice and the needs of the KPMG business.
- Supporting HK insurance and benefits plans for Partners & staff.
- Supporting policy review and contract template update.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive library of salary and benefits benchmarking information from external surveys, staff surveys and other sources.
- Support the annual pay review and bonus process.
- Administer C&B related programs and take part in ad hoc projects.
Experience & Background - Ideally an HR / business related degree.
- Relevant working experience is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attentive to details, well-organized and strong communication skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage.
