Title: Recruitment Coordinator - Financial Services
Location: Hong Kong
About the Role: Our client is an US headquartered financial services firm who is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support their lateral hiring across APAC. This is a 12-month renewable contract.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and posting positions on various platforms.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2 -3 years of recruitment experience working in fast-paced environment, ideally within financial services industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS software.
