Our client, a leading AI technology company specializing in intelligent process automation and digital transformation solutions, is looking for an elite leader to join their team as Country Manager to drive their expansion in Hong Kong.

Cornerstone Global Partners - Hong Kong - Full time

Salary: HK$80k - HK$150k

Responsibilities

  • Lead business strategy and drive market growth in Hong Kong
  • Build and maintain key client relationships
  • Manage local operations and ensure compliance
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Drive sales and revenue targets
  • Represent company at industry events
  • Work closely with SEA President on regional initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years senior leadership experience in Fintech/AI/Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of AI and cloud technologies
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Hong Kong market experience preferred
  • Strong banking background with comprehensive understanding of:
  1. Corporate Banking operations
  2. Retail Banking services
  3. Treasury operations
  4. Trade Finance processes
  5. Risk Management & Compliance
  6. Digital Banking initiatives
  7. Back-office operations
  • Experience in banking digital transformation projects a plus
