Responsibilities: Oversee the bond syndication and distribution processes for DCM products. Manage the execution of MTN drawdowns, private placements, and CD transactions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, structure, and execute syndicated bond issuances. Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate product offerings. Analyze market conditions and provide actionable insights and recommendations

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the bond syndication and distribution processes for DCM products.
  • Manage the execution of MTN drawdowns, private placements, and CD transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, structure, and execute syndicated bond issuances.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate product offerings.
  • Analyze market conditions and provide actionable insights and recommendations on pricing, structure, and timing for new issuances.
  • Support deal execution, including pre-announcement preparation, formal announcement, investor marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, ticketing, and ensuring smooth funding and settlement.
  • Provide regular market updates and insights to the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in bond syndication.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, or equivalents are advantageous.
  • Completion of LE 1, 7, 8, or equivalent qualifications is mandatory.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in professional computer applications.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
