Retail Distribution Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 270 branches and service outlets, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Cross Boundary Banking as
Business Development Executive.
Principal responsibilities • Acquire, maintain and develop sustainable relationships with mainland customer and channel through account servicing and focus on retail banking products
• Provide dedicated support to Cross Border Wealth Management Centre (CBC) and mainland customers by identifying their financial and other banking needs, then making referrals to Branch RM
• Achieve the assigned KPIs to maximum the revenue
• Provide personalized account services to promote HASE's brand as the most preferred domestic bank among MLD, handle customers' account opening matters and coordinate with other relevant departments for completing account opening procedures
• Be connected to build positive and lasting relationships with a wide range of customer, stakeholders and colleagues
• Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Requirements - University degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year direct sales experience in banking industry, preferably channel sales experience
- HKSI is required and IIQE qualifications is an advantage
- Good understanding of branch services and operations
- Customer oriented with strong language skills and service mindset, ability to capture customer financial needs and make referrals where appropriate
- High proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese are a MUST. Good command of English is an advantage
