The Actuarial Data Analytics and Solution Workstream under Financial Reporting and Management designs and delivers the technology solution for both IFRS17 and EEV reporting, and ensures the solution reflect the technical interpretation and comply with the IFRS17 Standard and EEV Principles, and is responsible for the business-as-usual process and controls for both bases.
This role is mainly to focus on supporting the design, production and control of the upstream reporting process to ensure both the efficiency of the solution and the accuracy of data to meet with downstream reporting requirements set out by the Group.
Job Descriptions:
Deliver Upstream Production: Assist to deliver the upstream production under Financial Reporting and Management team including but not limited to actuarial database formation, model point generation, asset share, fund balance roll-forward, policy movement analysis, miscellaneous data processing and requirement by the downstream production.
Governance & Controls : Perform proper processes, governance and controls for related audit review work during the BAU production
Assist in Production Process Change: Help with modifying the current upstream production process when necessary, e.g. with new product launch and change to in-force assumptions.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as actuarial assistant
