Marketing Hang Seng's Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to reinforce the brand of Hang Seng Bank, drive acquisition and usage of the Bank's product and services, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide internal business units with marketing support to deliver a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.
We are currently seeking a high caliber marketing professional to join us as
Performance Marketing Manager. Principal responsibilities - Drive acquisition and usage of the Bank's digital banking and digitally enabled products and services
- Formulate digital acquisition strategies for different products and services and continuously optimize campaign and channel performance around KPIs like CTR, CPA & ROAS
- Reporting and dashboard development and maintenance
- Contribute to the enhancement of ad performance tracking capabilities and architecture
- Manage interactions with internal and external parties regularly for on-time, in-budget campaign creation & implementation
- Provide support to uplift the digital marketing capability of the wider marketing team, e.g. provide regular industry updates, best practice sharing, enhancing media tracking capabilities, reviewing brand safety measure for digital media, etc.
- Adhere to the Bank's guidelines in campaign execution
Requirements - University degree in Marketing, Business Information System, Communications or a related discipline
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, with exposure to financial services industry being a plus
- Strong understanding of different performance marketing channels, tools & ad-tech including but not limited to PPC, programmatic, social, SEM, affiliate marketing, DCO etc.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation tool and reporting dashboard like Tealium audience stream & Looker
- Solid understanding and experience in data attribution and handling
- Creative, constantly look out for new opportunities to achieve business goals
- Detail-oriented, capable of working independently and under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective outcomes
