Commercial Banking - Global Trade Solutions
Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Manager, GTS Product Management.

Principal responsibilities

• Initiate and drive the development, delivery and commercialization of trade finance products and propositions to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Stay on top of market trends and leverage customer feedback to fill up product gaps in GTS and enhance competitive strengths.
• Manage the pricing, documentations, and other on-going product management activities in GTS to deliver fair outcomes to customers.
• Lead Client Implementation Team in carrying out end-to-end implementation process in Supply Chain Finance and other GTS digital initiatives.
• Provide support on complex deal structures and work closely with coverage, sales and services team to ensure business relationship with high-value customers are managed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to ensure alignment in business objectives regarding target customer groups.
• Ensure credit and risk recommendations, procedures/ guidelines are implemented and adhered to.

Requirements
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related subject areas;
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project, proposition management or commercial lending, preferably in trade finance;
• Good understanding of bank products development lifecycle;
• Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytical abilities;
• Strong problem solving and judgmental skills;
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset;
• Sound knowledge of trade finance products. Knowledge in sustainable finance is a plus;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
