Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an internal management consultant, working on 2-3 projects at any given time.
  • Collaborate closely with top management to identify and solve complex business challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Provide expert advice and insights across various business functions.
  • Plan and execute long-term business strategies, with a view to transitioning into an executive business role

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, preferably from major international management consulting practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to tailor the role based on candidate seniority and expertise.
  • Preference for candidates with project experience in retail industry.
