Responsibilities - Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns focusing on Credit Card products under DBS HK to drive product awareness, acquisition, and usage.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotions for Credit Cards, Card Usage, Card+ App and Customer Experiences.Card Fraud Prevention.
- Support the end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing agencies to project management for customer acquisition, usage and engagement, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with business teams to execute monthly usage and tactical campaigns, support cards usage programs for DBS Cards to drive brand love and business targets.
- Work closely with media agencies and HO members to track full funnel metrics, leveraging data insights for decision-making.
- Provide key competitors' marketing activities tracking, support HO to develop strategies & solutions of brand building and acquisition.
- Coordinate with product team to update monthly Advertising & Promotion budget.
- Handle advertising payment timely and accurately.
- Support the People of Purpose movement by participating in volunteering work.
- Support internal events such as the CBG Sales Awards and townhall meetings as and when required
Key Accountabilities • Support business KPI of Credit Cards and Unsecured Loans by delivering marketing campaigns according to plan in an accurate & timely manner
• Coordinate with BUs on budget tracking and reclass
• Manage campaign budget & timeline to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements • Minimum 6+ years of marketing experience, particularly in integrated campaign management and digital/social channels
University graduate with degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or Communications
• Experience in integrated campaigns planning and execution with a good understanding of digital marketing and analytics
• Creative minded, detail-oriented, and good project management & presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
