Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain effective procedures and control according to the requirements as stipulated by the Banks internal guidelines and regulators.
- Maintain efficiency channel with CITIC Group, CNCB and CBI China
- Support CITIC Group, CNCB and CBI China related Treasury business include initiative, networking, operation service and reporting obligation.
- Support all China market product development include Swap Connect & CFETS
- Ensure both internal and external customers satisfaction and within service pledges
- Develop an effective settlement team structure with resources and expertise supporting business needs
- Enforce all the necessary control process minimizing any unexpected loss to enhance the Banks revenue from internal compliance and external global regulatory perspective
Requirements:
- Degree Holder
- Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience in Treasury Settlement Operations
- In-depth knowledge of the operation flow in Treasury and Derivatives products
- Solid experience of handling FX, MM, Options, Derivatives, CFETS, Central Clearing & HKTR.
- Good understanding of treasury and global markets products, relevant regulatory requirement, control and industry best practice
- Knowledge of Treasury system Murex is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
