Reporting to Deputy Head of Segment & Product Management, you will be responsible for formulating strategies and implementing business plan to grow wealth management business (with investment focus) for retail banking and developing wealth management products and services for both retail and private banking.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop business plans to drive wealth management products and services to meet business targets;
  • Formulate strategies to grow overall wealth management business for mass and HNW segments, including development of new products, new customer segments, new markets and new sales channels, according to market development;
  • Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners/product providers to provide quality products and services to the Bank's customers;
  • Drive enhancement on wealth management products and services for the relevant systems, relevant documentation, selling process and sales support tools;
  • Launch competitive products and services with the end-to-end commercialisation plan and ongoing monitoring of the performance;
  • Control and direct investment product team to ensure effective implementation of planned marketing programs and conduct evaluation & review as planned, and ensure efficient use of the approved marketing budget;
  • Coordinate with sales channels and other departments to facilitate quality sales and after-sales service delivery to customers and to maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns;
  • Support preparation for management reporting and regulatory reporting;
  • Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates as required to ensure that they are competent to perform their jobs.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in product development preferably in banking field
  • Deep understanding of investment regulatory or risk management frameworks
  • Attentive to details, strong analytical skill and communication skill
  • Aggressive, goal-oriented and committed to drive business success
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Good people management and interpersonal skills
  • Good commend of written and spoken English and Chinese
