You will be responsible to prepare credit line distribution for Corporate Banking Division (CBD) for supervisor to approve. You will also need to assist CBD for fee collection transactions, and to handle the mortgage document checking for CBD, Retail Banking Division (RBD) & Private Banking Division (PBD) relating to mortgage transaction such as issuance of legal instruction letter and mortgage document checking etc.
Main Responsibilities: - Handle the distribution of Credit Line for CBD
- Handle the Bank Guarantee/Performance Bond application
- Handle non-mortgage products application from business unit such as Premium Finance, etc.
- Process the mortgage documents from solicitor before granting the loan to ensure its adequacy, completeness and in good order
- Prepare instruction letter for CBD, PBD & RBD.
- Follow up with Relationship Manager (RM)/Branch for the outstanding loan documents
- Handle the enquiry from RMs, solicitor firms or other departments in relation to the transaction or other operational issues
- Handle G/L entries for all kinds of fee collection including SFGS Guarantee Fee
- Handle e-Alert Service Order processing
- Perform the system update and input
- Handle the CCRA data submission to Dun & Bradstreet
- Prepare MIS report for supervisor/manager
- Participate in project or system enhancement as assigned by supervisor
- Perform the file maintenance in accordance with the Departmental Data Retention Policy
- Taking up any ad hoc assignments from supervisor/manager
Incumbent Requirements: - Matriculated or above
- Minimum 3 year in bank operations, preferably related to loan operations
- Basic bank product knowledge and accounting principles
- Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
