About The Role As a Technical Officer, you will be responsible for design, build, and operation for BMS system projects. Further, the applicant should be proficient with the use of BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, and LonWorks, etc
Job Responsibilities - Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties on all activities related to BMS/ E&M projects
- Coordinate site work and T&C and expedite resolutions to resolve problems affecting the achievement of project timeline
- Evaluate and identify list of defects and prioritize phases of rectification to overcome delays within the project
- Prepare engineering drawings and technical documents for the preparation of the tendering cycle
- Draft meeting minutes and progress reports for a smooth and accurate documentation of project status
Job Requirements - Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Service Engineering or any relevant Engineering discipline of studies
- Minimum 3 years of BMS system project experience, preferably obtained within the sector of E&M contracting
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Knowledgeable in building networking protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, and LonWorks, etc is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skillset to facilitate work with government officials and key stakeholders for a smooth project delivery
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Assistant Technical Officer
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
