To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join us as Assistant Manager, Loan & Credit Administration in Operations Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle credit/loan administration and deposit operations activities including:
- Loan drawdown / rollover for customer
- New deposit / rollover for customer
- Prepare daily fund movement
- Handle facility line drawdowns and ensure adherence to terms and conditions in loan agreement.
- Prepare and review credit-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with relationship managers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan administration processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan documents.
- Supports in system testing on new enhancements introduced
- Participate in ad-hoc operations functions as required and directed by Head of Operations
- Ensures all work output meets the prescribed servicing standards
- Support day-to-day settlement and operations
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary educated or above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan or credit operations within the banking or financial services industry
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua would be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Organized, responsible and detail-minded with positive work attitude
- Strong understanding of loan products and documentation
- Knowledge of syndicate and bilateral loans would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of SWIFT payment, RTGS operations would be advantageous
- Experience in T24 is a plus
