Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Equity Research management and staff to identify product requirements and create and own the product roadmap for the Equity Research platform.
- Work with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet business stakeholder needs.
- Ensure that the Equity Research platform is integrated with other systems and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
- Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and analyze data to drive product design.
Required Background:
- Previous experience in equity research
- At least 5 years of work experience as a BA/Product Owner or similar role
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data and processes clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
