Associate/ AVP, Marketing and Communications

Job Description:

• Originate and execute marketing and promotional ideas to support sales initiatives, primarily targeting our sales channels;  
• Lead advertising and marketing agencies to develop creative concepts for advertisements, and all kinds of marketing materials; 
• Develop targeted marketing messages to facilitate product sales;
• Support channel sales team to organize and manage large-scale and small-group client events;  
• Develop and manage the production of various marketing materials for fund launches, brand building and other marketing events/promotions via online and offline channels;

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience of Retail Marketing in asset management companies, or retail financial institutions with sound knowledge of the fund industry;
• Graduate or equivalent with marketing, business or communications qualification;
• knowledgeable of regulatory requirements for marketing and promotion of fund products;
• Strong planning, organization and co-coordinating skills, good interpersonal skills
• Proactive, desire to make things happen especially under tight deadlines and fast changing environment;
• Able to lead marketing projects with minimum supervision;
• Must be detail-oriented and a strong team player;
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
• Good computer skills (PowerPoint, word and excel) and Chinese typing skills is required;
