RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluatie investment opportunities and support the team on developing investment recommendation onshortlisted funds.
  • Making presentation of recommendation to shortlisted funds to headquarter and clients.
  • Review, analyze investment opportunities, develops and write investment recommendations for potential investment opportunities.
  • Make reference calls on relevant investment opportunities.
  • Periodically conduct market research for circulation to relevant parties.
  • Monitor ongoing investments capital call, distributions, etc.
  • Monitor existing fund investments and ongoing financial performance of portfolio companies
  • Attend Investor Conferences and one-to-one meetings with external managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 3 years in private equity related investment, equity research, asset management, consulting, investment advisor or family office.
  • MBA or equivalent is considered an asset.
  • CFA, CAIA, CPA, CA designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills.
  • Professionalism, integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Team player who is used to working in high performance culture.
