Country Manager / Senior Business Development Manager – Hong Kong/China/Macao Market

We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Country Manager to lead our sales division across the Hong Kong, China, and Macao markets. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, foster strategic partnerships, and oversee a high-performing sales team in the APAC region. This role demands an in-depth understanding of local markets, strong leadership capabilities, and a successful background in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

Recruit top sales talent to boost business growth and provide coaching to ensure high service quality for partners and clients.
Conduct monthly and quarterly sales performance reviews, design, and implement sales promotions.
Support negotiations and presentations for key prospective clients and partners.

Marketing

Develop and manage marketing strategies to ensure tailored campaigns reach the intended audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze competitor strategies and market trends.
Participate in and contribute to headquarters marketing campaigns to maintain alignment across offices.
Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets in Hong Kong, China, and Macao.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance and sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and major accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
Stay informed about forex market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators impacting the industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field; an MBA is desirable.
5-8 years of sales management experience, focusing on the Hong Kong, China, and Macao markets.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth within the forex sector.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in analyzing market data to create effective sales strategies.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of the forex industry, including trading platforms, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing relationships with forex brokers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Familiarity with CRM software, MT4, MT5, and sales analytics tools.
A strong network of contacts within the Hong Kong, China, and Macao markets.
