Investment Analyst – IBD working exp. required | Calling for Web3 Believer!

Our client is a well-known MNC with passion and ambition in the Web3 market. They are expanding their team with a new headcount in the Venture Capital team.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Manager; act as a team member of Venture Capital team and drill into in direct investment in growth-stage technology/blockchain companies – covering Asia, US & Europe.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities
  • Support due diligence, financial modelling, and research
  • Prepare client meeting materials for Top Management and institutional investors
  • Manage relationships with portfolio companies, fund managers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Over 1 year of working experience in Investment Banking Division
  • Strong personal interest/knowledge in Web3/blockchain/cryptocurrency
  • Strong quantitative background and excellent analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills & familiar with financial modelling
  • Fluency in Chinese and English
