Responsibilities
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the data centre solutions sector
  • Actively engage with potential and existing customers through meetings, presentations, and trade shows to promote the company data centre solutions, including infrastructure, power and cooling system etc
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to maximize profitability
  • Develop sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets and adjust strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics and product offerings
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and customer requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and key account management with proven sales track record, preferably in the data centre, power management, or building and construction sectors
  • Strong understanding of data centre solutions and industry trends
  • Solid experience in managing the end-to-end sales cycle in a highly matrixed and dynamic business environment
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated candidates with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
