Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify requirements related to data and operations, and recommend solutions to ensure project success.
- Plan and lead meetings and workshops with IT and business units to outline business visions and gather functional requirements.
- Assessing the current situation helps identify user needs, fosters stakeholder engagement, maximizes value through prioritized artifacts, facilitates clear communication, guides development teams, and supports iterative improvements based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Define data requirements and specifications for extraction and integration within the Adobe platform.
- Work with technical and development teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with end users to ensure that developed systems meet their needs.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and implementation skills.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with compliance or legal-related IT projects is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance would be an advantage.
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) communications is essential.
