AVP/VP, Relationship Manager, Local Corporates (Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Support the achievement of the Banks financial and business targets while maintaining high-quality lending standards.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure efficient internal approvals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Proactively recommend new products that meet customer needs and maintain a high standard of service to attract and retain clients.
• Conduct timely KYC assessments to ensure client onboarding complies with AML policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• University degree in business or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong marketing skills with the ability to sell banking services in a competitive market effectively.
• ECF qualification is an advantageous.
• Established network of relationships with corporate customers and financial institutions.
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
