Middle Office/ Investment Operation Analyst (Perm/ 12 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate book-keeping for all investment transactions.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze investment transaction data and generate timely reports for management, focusing on performance monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Examine data trends and metrics to produce regular reports that enhance operational efficiency and inform investment strategies.
• Facilitate account opening and KYC processes, ensuring thorough document verification and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and addressing inquiries.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund or investment operations, fund administration, or banking middle office functions.
• Strong experience with the due diligence/account opening & KYC process for institutional clients.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg PORT and AIM; advanced skills in MS Excel, preferably with VBA.
