Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR advisor to the senior management and department heads on driving and executing people strategies coping with the business growth and development
  • Advise and facilitate the department heads / senior managers on different HR programs of manpower planning, performance management, staff engagement and employee relations
  • Assume principal responsibility on talent acquisition and talent development mandates
  • Identify recruitment needs and handle end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding activities
  • Contribute to build the talent pipeline for succession planning
  • Identify employees training & development needs in response to organizational strategic development
  • Participate in the planning, designing and launching of talent management initiatives
  • Plan and organize team building and staff engagement events and activities to boost our employer proposition and employee engagement
  • Participate in different HR projects as required from time to time

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of solid HR Business Partnering experience gained from banking / financial service industry, with focus on talent acquisition
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing policies and programs such as placement, deployment, employee relations and performance management
  • Strong knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations and applicable related policies and laws
  • Sound understanding of regulatory requirements related to HR advisory and recruitment
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with influential skills
  • Agile, detail-oriented and result-driven
  • Able to work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
