This role is a portfolio analysis role with a growing asset management firm, and will be focusing on portfolio construction and providing support for the PMs in the investment team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for construction and analysis of the portfolio by the investment team.
- Assist in production of monthly newsletters for client communication.
- Perform analysis using quantitative tools and incorporate information from other sources.
- Assist portfolio managers to identify risks across the portfolio and market anomalies that can be exploited.
- Maintain and update databases on the portfolios and macro data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above. CFA or actuarial qualifications is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in asset management industry, with 3 years as a PM assistant or analyst.
- Experience in VBA, macro, and python will be an advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
