Responsibilities:
  • Tackle new regulatory policies about trading : FRTB, CRG13/14, Basel 3
  • Expand Global Markets onshore and offshore business opportunities in all Connects projects and strengthen the coherence in complying the regulatory requirements.
  • Understand the 1.5 line of defense mechanism on the SEA projects
  • Elevate the overall trading risk management capability with special stress on risk monitoring and risk alerts mechanisms
  • Strengthen trading risk capital measurement , calculation of CVA/DVA charges and RORWA
  • Provide training to traders on trading management and knowledge
  • Work closely with trading groups in expanding the trading business, helping new products due diligence and the respective compliance requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or above level in Finance or related majors; or other qualifications recognized by the bank
  • Understand onshore and offshore trading products and with a minimum 5 years experience in managing these products
  • Have knowledge in the pricing models of different trading products
  • Have knowledge in the new regulatory policies and requirements and have knowledge in dealing with that.
  • Have knowledge in risk measurement
  • Understand onshore offshore Connects Products and their respective policies
  • Experience in risk management in different financial market products
  • Knowledge in dealing with different financial market products and the pricing models on those products
  • Knowledge on the front, middle and back office operation flows on different financial market products
  • Have knowledge on the new regulatory policies and know how to deal with these new requirements
  • Team player and can work with different trading teams in harmony
  • Ability to write program to automate the daily work flows
