HR Onboarding Coordinator
Principal Responsibilities - Partner with Legal to generate complex offer letters for Trading hires
- Act as a point of contact for onboarding inquiries, partnering with HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed
- Initiate background checks and visa transfers as the need arises
- Track candidates through the pre-hire process and produce weekly status reports for key partners
- Facilitate consultant approvals and onboarding
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to prepare first day onboarding
- Ad hoc projects and requests to support processes
Qualifications/Skills Required - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a solid academic record
- 5-7 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial services
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with patience and confidence to collaborate with individuals of all levels
- Able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
