崗位職責 Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions 打造分行一站式專業金融理財服務 Support back-end branch operations 處理客戶每日櫃台交易(包括現金收付、入票、轉帳、定期、匯款等的工作)、客戶查詢及內部文書工作 Cross-sell retail banking products 銷售及轉介工作 崗位要求 Secondary School graduate or above 中學文憑或以上程度 Strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills 具良好的溝通技巧及客戶服務意識 Proficiency in English and Cantonese as well as fluency in Putonghua 具良好的中、英文閱讀、書寫及普通話表達能力
