Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the organization's long-term strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with HKICPA or other professional related qualifications 
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong preference for candidates with a consulting background.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
