Job duties:
  • Support Relationship Managers in providing excellent client service and building long-term relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Deliver accurate and efficient client and account administration, completing tasks on time.
  • Follow all regulatory requirements, the Bank's Code of Conduct, and company policies.
  • Ensure personal compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards in client onboarding, investment advice, transactions, monitoring, account reviews, and documentation to meet all rules and regulations.
  • Meet personal performance targets and participate in meetings and training.
  • Understand clients' needs to match them with the organization's offerings.
  • Handle daily client servicing efficiently, minimizing errors and complaints.
  • Suggest portfolio opportunities to Relationship Managers and manage costs responsibly.
  • Use the organization's platforms and resources effectively.
  • Be punctual, handle calls, cover lunch duties, and provide backup for team members when needed.
  • Train and support new team members.
  • Assist with marketing events and functions.
  • Represent the organization's culture and values in all interactions and behavior.

Job requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in private banking ARM role
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Native in Mandarin and fluent in English
  • Mature mindset who can work independently
