Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior staff in the department to expand the relationship between domestic and overseas institutional customers and other institutional customers;
  • Assist the team in selling primary market, private equity and secondary market stocks and other products, and make contributions to sales promotion transactions;
  • Provide research and sales services for overseas institutional clients such as public equity, private equity and insurance. Maintain existing customers and strive to expand new institutional customers (domestic and overseas);
  • Work closely with research teams to provide customers with timely and accurate market research and recommendations;
  • Provide customers with timely and effective services and meet their research and other needs in a timely manner, so as to maintain a healthy and stable good cooperative relationship;
  • Actively organize roadshows, company surveys, client meetings and other corresponding activities to help client fund managers and research teams better understand the industry, and help companies and management make effective investment decisions on this basis;
  • Help other teams in the department to establish customer relationships, including network building for stocks and high-net-worth customers;
  • Comply with any internal and external regulations and companys policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majorsï¼›
  • At least 7 years experiences in investment banking, institutional sales or other relevant experience;
  • CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
  • Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
  • Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
  • Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
  • Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarinï¼›Both written and verbal communication skills.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President.
