We are hiring Chief Officer, Proposition and Wealth to spearhead the proposition development for our targeted customer segments, and build differentiated Wealth proposition covering wealth accumulation, wealth protection and wealth transfer.
Job Responsibilities: - Lead the overall development of differentiated customer propositions across markets, covering segment management, product proposition, value-added services, and partnerships.
- Establish an outcome/business-based approach to building targeted segments, including Gen Z, Family, and Golden age, driving the acquisition of new-to-Prudential customers and increasing customer engagement, with the objective of delivering business value and enhancing customer experience.
- Provide thought leadership to identify white space and innovation within our various propositions.
- Build Wealth propositions and capabilities to drive the growth of affluent, High Net Worth (HNW), and Ultra High Net Worth (UHW) segments, contributing incremental revenue to Prudential:
- Establish the Bermuda business and operating model.
- Ensure the competitiveness of HNW products and drive product innovation.
- Develop a distribution strategy tailored to acquiring HNW individuals, including private banks and international brokers.
- Capitalize our network in Asia to build cross-market referrals and capture offshore needs.
- Implement an HNW servicing model, including underwriting capabilities and case management.
- Create value-added services to enhance the value proposition, such as premium financing partnerships and trusts.
- Collaborate with our asset management arm, Eastspring, to capitalize on opportunities.
- Establish appropriate metrics and KPIs to monitor Wealth business growth.
- Drive commercialization of our customer base, prioritizing according to commercial value.
- Collaborate with and orchestrate across various internal stakeholders, including Distribution leads, Operations & Technology, and Product heads, to drive business outcomes.
Job Requirements: - Minimum of 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership positions in Financial Institutions.
- Proven track record in managing global or regional business operations.
- Strong business acumen with extensive experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Significant experience in insurance distribution and product management is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of the High Net Worth (HNW) business sector is a plus.
