To manage the Third Party Risk Management function in line with requirements / expectations set by regional policies / frameworks, Senior Manager of Third Party Risk Management, Regulator and the Board. To implement strong oversight of third parties and outsourcing across the organisation, and facilitate a strong risk culture, across the company by providing independent review and reporting on related matters.
Job Description - Ensure adherence to the regional Outsourcing & Third Party Management framework/policies through effective implementation of a strong third party management regime.
- Develop close professional working relationships with business functions and provide consultancy, guidance and support to assist with adhering to framework requirements (Third Party/Outsourcing risks). Directly and critically review third party arrangements to ensure adherence to policy / regulatory requirements.
- Promote strong Company-wide knowledge of frameworks and requirements related to third party management.
- Assist with Operational Risk initiatives / projects related to the incumbents' subject matter expertise (Third Party/Outsourcing) e.g. risk & control assessments / testing.
Job Requirements - Bachelor / Master's Degree
- Relevant professional qualification/s is desirable.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of third party risk management and outsourcing with a minimum of 6+ years' experience in a similar area, preferably in insurance but not necessary. Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English essentials.
