About the job: Job Purpose & Objectives - The Global Cash Management Sales (GCMS) Specialist will be assigned to a portfolio of CIB Global Clients based in Asia with the aim to cross sell and increase cash management revenues globally
- Coordinate with various teams in different geographies to promote and implement the Global Cash Management Services to the Asian multinational clients proactively
- Provides Global Cash Management Solutions to the clients
- Establishes and proactively develops the strong and long-term relationships with the clients to meet the business needs
- Coordinates with the client to onboard the domestic and global cash management services
Key Responsibilities - Maintains an active pipeline of the regional and global cash management opportunities by offering the cash management services to the Asian clients
- To work with coverage team closely to pitch for cash management opportunities
- To identify the needs and requirements of the clients to offer the solutions to meet the clients' needs
- Works with the RFP Global team and the GCMS Specialists to support and coordinate on the client's questionnaire, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) and to coordinate the presentation with the bankers and the local cash management teams when BBVA has be selected
- Works with the Global Implementation Team to implement the domestic and global cash management services for the clients in a timely manner
Job Specifications Qualification & Experience - Bachelor's degree required, master's degree is preferred
- Minimum 5 year of experience in sales or development of International Cash Management Services or E-banking portals
- Project Management Skills are preferred
Knowledge & Skills - Knowledge on direct international payments systems and/or connections / technology such as SWIFTnet, Host to Host, global e-banking platform, API, etc.
- Experience in working with payment services provider is an advantage
- PC literacy (Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Gmail)
- Strong business development and analytical skills
Language - Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
- Knowledge of Spanish would be a definite advantage
Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented
- Frequent travel is required
- Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment
