Job Responsibilities
- Prepare regular management reports to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain budget control reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in creating or optimizing Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting purposes.
- Handle clerical tasks such as preparing documents in both Chinese and English.
- Support system implementation by preparing user requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Take on ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, accounting, auditing, or related industries.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of banking operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in MIS and skilled in common PC applications, including Chinese input, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with database tools such as Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
