Key accountabilities:
- Administrative support – provide administrative support to the team (e.g. data input, report preparation, filing, etc.).
- Event support and coordination – provide administrative support for staff events (e.g. logistics, budget tracking, on-site support, etc.) and coordinate with vendors for smooth execution.
- Procurement activities – assist in procurement activities (e.g. conduct market research, vendor comparison, etc.) and ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies and procedures.
- Ad-hoc administrative support – support the team on ad hoc projects or assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in human resources administrative support is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in administrative support and/or event logistics management will be a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
