Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis to evaluate and recommend strategic business initiatives, process enhancements, or technology implementations
- Lead design thinking workshops to brainstorm, refine and prioritize ideas for change
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, growth best practices, and regulatory developments
- Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in ideating and implementing new technological solutions within a financial services environment
- Familiarity with tech incubation & strategic planning
- Dedication to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments (i.e. GenAI, RPA, Data Analytics) and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to handle end to end project management
