The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and developing marketing communications.
Job Responsibles - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns to engage existing customer portfolio, from planning, customer delivery to tracking
- Design customer engagement journey and offers, curate compelling contents leveraging insights to drive consideration, lead generation and sales conversion
- Engage sales channel and deploy sales channel communications & tools to enable effective customer engagement, cross-sell and upsell
- Collaborate and mobilize external partners and internal stakeholders to design differentiating marketing activities, engagement tools and privileged offers that create customer engagement opportunities
- Design and define targeting strategy and tracking mechanism to track progress and success, and analyze data to enhance design and offer
- Track expenses and provide regular budget updates
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management and communications (preferably from financial institution)
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and tools
- Excellent in content development and customer communications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and oral)
