Job Duties:
- Lead a small team of administrative officers to maintain and manage offices and warehouse facilities in Hong Kong, ensuring the smooth operation of office administration, including procurement of office supplies, contract review and negotiation.
- Oversee the office administration functions, including office operations, company events and activities, maintenance and procurement of office supplies, facilities, equipment and furniture, as week as managing mailing and delivery services, reception.
Job requirements:
- 5 years above of experience in office administration, preferably in a fast growing startup or fin-tech environment role, administrative supervisory role
- Degree holder with at least 1 year experience in administrative supervisory
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility, good negotiation and leadership skills; self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
