Key Responsibilities

  • Insurance Program Management: Support the selection, procurement, administration, and coverage review across all classes of general insurance, ensuring alignment with the Group's risk management objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with insurance intermediaries, brokers, and service partners to maintain exceptional service standards and deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Claims Management: Oversee and provide guidance on large or complex claims/incidents, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining an accurate claims database.
  • Contractual Risk Support: Assist in reviewing contracts with a focus on insurance requirements, indemnification clauses, liability limitations, and other related provisions to mitigate risk exposure.
  • Risk Engagement: Partner with insurance intermediaries and risk consultants to facilitate workshops, surveys, and incident investigations.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to various initiatives related to risk management, insurance, and business continuity planning as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, ideally within general insurance.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) being a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in managing general insurance programs, claims handling, or risk management within a corporate or insurance setting.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage analysis, and contract reviews related to indemnity and liability provisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex claims or incidents.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with brokers, consultants, and internal teams.
