Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues related to the trading applications and systems in the production environment
- Conduct regular examinations and inspections on software applications and systems to guarantee adherence to quality and performance criteria
- Deploy, verify, and validate patches, enhancements, and modifications seamlessly
- Collaborate with an international team spanning across various continents
- Record and communicate progress on tasks, offering insights and recommendations for enhancements
Requirements:
- Well-versed in incident management
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English
- Prior experience in supporting a UNIX-based electronic trading environment
- Basic networking concepts
- Ideally proficient in Perl, Python, or Shell script
