Manager, Credit Risk

Job Responsibilities:

• Research on industry, regional economy, financial products, and develop credit strategies and approval standards.
• Develop credit policies  and guidelines of large companies based on the overall risk appetite and the characteristics of the Hong Kong market.
• Develop the templates and models (scorecard) of credit review and approval, and/or other technical tools.
• Participate in reviewing and approving of large clients within the organization.
• Actively participate in developing credit products and formulating financial solutions for clients to support marketing efforts.
• Design, produce, and enhance key monitoring reports to drive automation of monitoring indicators.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or computer science.
• Over 5 years of risk control experience in medium to large enterprises, with preference given to those with experience in credit risk management for large local and mainland Chinese enterprises in Hong Kong.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory policies and able to understand them well.
• Proficient in using basic tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Sensitive to changes in business logic and data, possessing excellent analytical skills.
• Strong team spirit, excellent communication, and coordination skills
