Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement client strategies for different countries, client segments, and products by leveraging internal and external market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams to align strategies and provide strategic advice to senior management on decision-making regarding structure, processes, talent, and platform development.
  • Ensure Asia's client strategy is aligned with global objectives and coordinate APAC-wide alignment across Equities and FICC.
  • Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities across products and regions.
  • Work with Business Managers and infrastructure teams to optimize client and talent experiences by improving processes and accelerating the digitization of the business.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the Global Markets Division in Investment Banking, or the broader finance industry.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create high-quality presentations and perform advanced data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Excellent quantitative skills with a strategic mindset to analyze data and identify opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Equities products, clients, and markets.
  • Experience in client strategy or business management within the banking sector.
  • Confidence and maturity to regularly interact with senior management.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct financial and strategic analysis while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
